Cookie Contract

There is a minimum order of one dozen for custom sugar cookies and half a dozen for Paint Your Own and DIY Cookies.
All cookies will be individually packaged in a heat sealed bag to ensure freshness and quality.
These cookies are made in a home kitchen not inspected by The Texas Department of Public Health.
The cookies are nut-free, however they are produced in a kitchen that contains nut products, so cross contamination is possible.
All orders must be picked up at the agreed upon date and time in Austin, at an address that will be provided once the order is confirmed.
Shipping outside of TX is not possible at this time and delivery will be subject to a fee based on distance.
Submission of the form above is not confirmation of the order. I will reach out within 48 hours of receiving your request.
The order is confirmed once payment of the required non-refundable 50% deposit is received.
The balance of 50% is due at least 24 hours prior to order pick up.
